Nope — New Jersey is a direct access state, which means you can book with me directly without a referral and come as you go, on your own schedule. After 30 days of continued care, I'll loop in your physician to keep your plan moving smoothly.

Your first visit starts with a conversation about your history, goals, lifestyle, and what's been bothering you. From there, we'll do a movement and posture screen. We start tailoring your personalized exercise plan right there during the evaluation, so you leave with something to work on from day one. An internal pelvic floor exam is always optional, fully consented, and only performed when clinically appropriate.
