A simple guide to using your out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for pelvic floor therapy.

Book & pay for your visit
You pay at the time of your session. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

We send you a superbill
After your visit, you'll get a detailed receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurance needs.

Submit it to your insurance
Log into your insurance portal or app and upload the superbill as an out-of-network claim.

Get reimbursed directly
Your insurance sends a check or direct deposit to you based on your out-of-network benefits.
