Hi, I'm Amanda Sosunov

I'm a first-time mom from Somerset County, New Jersey — and I built Modern Movement out of my own experience. After navigating real challenges with pregnancy pain and postpartum recovery, I knew women deserved a different kind of care: one-on-one, in their own homes, and rooted in deep expertise.
As an occupational therapist and certified personal trainer, I bridge orthopedic rehabilitation and pelvic floor wellness so you heal as one whole, integrated person — through every season of motherhood.
With over 6 years of experience working in multiple clinical settings, I specialize in orthopedics and have worked with patients of all ages.
My approach
I take a holistic, root-cause approach. We don't just chase symptoms — we look at the whole picture: movement, breath, posture, lifestyle, and stress. Every plan is built around your body, your home, and your goals.
