Hi, I'm Amanda Sosunov

I'm a first-time mom from Somerset County, New Jersey — and I founded Modern Movement from my own experience. After navigating pregnancy pain and postpartum recovery, I knew women deserved a different kind of care: one-on-one, in their own homes, and grounded in real expertise.
As an occupational therapist and certified personal trainer, I connect musculoskeletal rehabilitation with pelvic floor wellness so you heal as one integrated person — through every season of motherhood.
With over six years of clinical experience across multiple settings, I specialize in musculoskeletal care and have worked with patients of all ages.
My approach
We find the cause, not just the sore spot. Movement, breath, posture, load, sleep, stress — every factor is considered, then the plan is built around your body and your schedule.
