I'm Amanda Sosunov — a first-time mom from Somerset County, NJ. After navigating my own challenges with pregnancy pain and postpartum recovery, I founded Modern Movement to change the way women are cared for. Mothers deserve thoughtful, expert care in a space that honors them — usually their own home.
I bridge orthopedic rehab and pelvic floor wellness so you heal as one whole, integrated person.
With over 6 years of experience working in multiple clinical settings, I specialize in orthopedics and have worked with patients of all ages.

Amanda did an amazing job helping me heal my back. I woke up one day with severe pain from a pulled muscle, and this wasn't the first time — it had become a frequent problem where I'd wake up feeling extremely sore and stiff. After just a few sessions with Amanda, I feel like a new woman. She not only relieved all of the muscle tension in my back but also helped me strengthen my back, hips, and pelvic floor.
